Discover the forest through the sense of taste
The witcher and alchemist Stefan Wiesner can be experienced together with the students of the HGK FHNW at the ‘Arena for a Tree’ on May 31 with a cooking performance. The students will demonstrate their cooking skills with the support of the Entlebuch star chef.
On June 1, the top chef will make a guest appearance at Münsterplatz with his alchemical natural cuisine and will surprise visitors with a culinary creation of his own from the forest.
Both can be experienced on Münsterplatz between 11 a.m. and 3 p.m. and, with a little luck, tasted.
