This publication accompanies the 6th edition of the art biennial exhibitions “Personal Structures”, organized and hosted by the European Cultural Centre in Venice, Italy. “Personal Structures 2022” edition revolves around the concept of Reflections. The theme is presented with a double reading and value: physically, as a phenomenon of the visible, and mentally, as a thought resulting from a meditative action. As envisioned by the ECC curatorial team, the act of reflection carries the potential to foresee possibilities and the responsibility of imagining a better future.
The ECC art biennial features a wide selection of artworks from internationally-renowned to emerging artists, photographers, worldwide academic and cultural institutions, with more than 200 participants from over 50 countries. Art interacts with the spaces, creating interesting dialogues and unique narratives.
